Financial/Savings
· Savings Plan (401(k)) –Employees are 100% vested when you join the plan. After one year of service, employees are eligible for company matching: $0.75 is matched for every $1.00 contributed, up to 6% base pay.
· Flexible Spending Accounts (Health Account)– available to lower taxable income by setting aside pre-tax dollars to pay for eligible childcare and health care expenses not reimbursed by our plans.
· Life Insurance - is provided at one times your annual salary up to a maximum.
· Accident Insurance –is provided at four times your annual salary up to a maximum
Vacation/Time Off
· Holidays - Twelve (12)holidays per calendar year observed
· Paid Time Off
o Vacation – Accrual is based on years of service with Johnson & Johnson. First year J&J employees accrue ten (10) days per calendar year.
o Sick – Five (5) days per calendar year
o Personal time – Five(5) days per calendar year
· Short and Long Term Disability - Available when you are unable to work due to an illness or injury.
· Bereavement Leave – Three(3) days of paid time off.
· Jury/Witness Duty -Paid at base pay for the entire time of jury duty service.
